Delicious Rhubarb and Sour Cream Pie
2 large granny smith apples
2 bunches of rhubarb top, tailed and chopped up
half a cup of a cup of raw sugar
half a cup of marie biscuits crushed
1 cup of desiccated coconut
1 cup of plain flour
a quarter of a cup of caster sugar
175g of unsalted butter, melted
one and a half cups of sour cream
grated cinamon stick
